Cat spay incision opened

Hey! I have an important question to ask… So my cat got spayed a week ago and suddenly her incision was opened (like i could literally see the muscles) Luckily there wasn’t any infection or any liquid going out of my cat’s incision. But the vet near our city just advised us to just put some cream for a week (is the vet right I mean the wound is kinda deep) and I’m not even sure my cat’s incision would even close if I use the cream for a week. Should I request the vet to restitch my cat?

I would send that photo to your vet and tell him you want it restitched to avoid any chance if infection. Don't take no for an answer.
