Cat spay incision is brown and scabbed, poking out from stomach. No discharge or pain to touch. Thoughts?

Brown and scabbed is very normal. The brown is the scab material and a bit of dried blood. I do not think that there is undue swelling, and certainly no redness generally associated with infection. I think she is just fine. However, just to be sure, take a photo once a day for the next three days. If the swelling increased significantly over that time, or if it become red and angry looking, or puss is present, contact your vet immediately. I have a feeling that none of those will happen.
