I've had cats that were friends with other cats before, but usually they met as kittens.

Still, it would be intersting for your babies to be friends with each other.

Hi Vikki,
last July I brought our Pinsel home to live at our house together with our other cat that we had only had for 7 months. At first Lily the old cat gave me the impression that she was convinced Pinsel would eventually leave. now they are good friends play a lot and groom each other.So I`m convinced your cats will get along. Try to have some time for each of them every day at the same time. They ´ll get used to it and will feel loved. So, all the best. Elisabeth

My Dmitri recently stayed with my friend, her cat, and her boxer. The boxer thought Dmitri was the cat who already lives there, so when he saw the two of them together, it was so funny to watch her shake her head! The two cats had te usual antipathy toward each other at the outset, but they became great play buddies later. There is always hope!
