My wife and I attended the TICA southest regional cat show in Bessemer, Alabama this weekend, so I took a few pictures of our cats in the rings. It's difficult to take good pictures or to even remember to take pictures with all the comotion, so I didn't get many pics or real good ones, but here are a few anyway.
This is our 6 month old silver/black spotted boy, Full Metal Jacket (Jack) being judged. He was awarded 6th and 8th best all breed kitten at this show with 60 kittens competing.
Here is Jack again being awarded his ribbon with the judge explaining to the crowd what she liked about Jack. (Jack must be embarassed, he's hiding behind his ribbon...he's number 69)
This is our seal mink spotted boy, Arctic Cowboy (Rodeo) being awarded 7th best kitten in all breed class with 60 kittens competing.
Here is our brown spotted girl being judged. Unfortunately the competition was pretty tough at this show and she didn't final in any rings this time. But she was often in the top 5 in her breed. She was up against her brother Rodeo and Jack, so it's ok.
