Cat pulled one of her spaying surgery stiches

Guys I'm stressed right now...as my cat managed to take her cone off and pulled one of her stiches it has been 5 days since her spaying operation the vet told me it was fine and all i need to do is keep cleaning it up with an antiseptic but i am not sure can you please tell me if it looks bad and if it needs to be stitched up

After 5 days the most critical time has passed. Some doctors even prefer to remove stitches at 5 days. And it looks good in the pic. I wouldn't worry about it unless it starts looking worse or opens up more. But it shouldn't.

her incision looks good to me. Watch for signs of infection.

My girl removed all of her stitches and her incision opened up. That was not fantastic but with a vet's directions she healed up just fine. Your girl's incision looks way better than my lil bits did.
