Cat pooping and urinating on carpets and clothes?

As some of you know my cat Izzy had her kittens roughly 7 weeks ago, since then she has started to poop and urinate all over my carpets even when I have provided a clean litter tray. As you can imagine this is  a very frustrating problem as I now have to renew my smelly carpets as this is not my own home and I am in rented property.I don't want to rehome Izzy as I love her very much but if this problem continues it will leave me with no choice. Please help urgently

This behavior can be, well behavioral (stress) or medical.

You should take her to the vets to rule out anything medical.  I'm not a vet or anything, but I wonder if something got damaged internally when she delivered her kittens.  Or, maybe untreated/unknown about worms.

Have you changed what you are feeding her?  How are her kittens doing?  Anything else happening in your household that has changed.  Cats really hate change, they really love routine.

For starters, do you have access to calming agents in Wales, such as Feliway?
