Cat pooing under bed!

Thanks so much for all the feedback! We caved in and placed a litterbox in our bedroom.So far, Thumper has been using it instead of the floor..The other cats are also using it.This does not seem to be bothering her. Could this have been her reason for the excessive grooming?Hopefully so,we will keep an eye on that..Thanks again to all..

Stress can cause behavioral and physical changes. I would be sure to keep all litter boxes very clean. Keep an eye on her and reassure her that using the litter box in the bedroom is positive.

The excessive grooming could very well be a symptom of stress.....
