Cat may possibly be pregnant not sure tho

I got my cat October 16th of 2021. She has been very vocal and annoying to the point where I almost couldn’t handle it anymore. Well the last 2 days she has been really really bad and earlier when I got home she was laying in the middle of the floor and it looked like her stomach was contracting when I picked her up she was like stiff and didn’t wanna move. I have 2 bigger dogs so I put her in a room by herself with a bed, blankets, her litter box, food, and water and was looking more into it. Her nipples are long and pink and she has clear discharge coming out. I tried to feel her stomach to see if I could feel anything moving and I can’t. I’ve had her for 72 days and she has been around no other cats since I’ve had her. Should I take her to the vet or wait it out for a little bit?

Yes, absolutely take her to the vet, to get spayed! She sounds like she's in heat, and if she's NOT then something more serious is going on that should be attended to.
