CAT LICKED SPAY SITE AFTER WEEK IT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS THIS OK?

my cat took her cone off and licked her wounds, now it looks like this slightly opening bleeding is this ok, will it heal on its own or should i contact vet.

It should be ok. I presume the wound was glued as I can't see any stitches but there are usually dissolvable internal stitches as well. I would put the cone back on her for a few more days and keep an eye on the wound. It does look a little red but watch for swelling, weeping or a bad smell. If you are unsure, can you email the photo to your vet to make sure
