Hello.
I've got an almost 5 year old cat who is sick.
Since early may he has puked very liquidy almost clear green bile with specks of hard red/brown in it, most likely blood. He's done this probably about 8-12 times now. Last week he hid at night time for about 3 nights straight (not normal for him).
His urine out put and feces are as normal as they have been. Though his feces are on the hard side (it's the diet, low fiber content.) and he doesn't drink much water since we moved no matter what I do. (I have water dishes and a cat fountain, tried recently to add a little water to his food, made him puke his food up.)
Right now the doctor doesn't think it's directly diet related, but feels stress is playing a culprit (we recently moved in early May and we were on vacation out of the country for 9 days as well.)
At the moment she mostly suspects IBS.
Anyone have any thoughts on his blood work and urinalysis? They are in the process of running a urine culture and fecal.
