My cat hissed at me today and smacked me with his paw. I also saw him smacking my other cat couple of days ago. He's never done this before. Is he angry at something?
Maybe he is irritated because my other cat is sick. But then my other cat has been sick a lot. Why is it only irritating him now? Could it be because I have to chase my other cat down to medicate him? Could he think he might be next to be chased down unless he hisses at me? I hope this one isn't sick as well. You really need to do an evaluation of what has changed in your household to cause this behavior. If nothing significant has changed he may have something going on with his health.
