a bump appeared to the lower lip of my cat, is it a feline acne?

My cats acne was black so I’m not sure. I changed them from plastic food bowls to glass and it went away.

I don’t believe so. She would just itch it.

It good be a rodent ulcer. Google it and you’ll see pics. My cat gets them when he has a flare-up of EGC ( an autoimmune disorder). The rodent ulcer is a collection of a type of white blood cell ). It never seemed painful to my cat and went away with steroids. Hope this is helpful. FYI: It has nothing to do with rodents.
