My cat has been doing this for the last week. She'll run around in a panic and leave diarrhea feces behind as she runs around. She is spayed and had her shots when she got operated little over a year ago. Does she have worms? If so can i get her pyrantel pamoate from walmart or somewhere to deal with this? I forgot to mention i have another smaller cat that she doesnt like at all and is always hiding and hissing at her and me. I also changed her food from Purina to Iams because my mom didnt know which to get. I changed it back to Purina to see if that works and if it doesnt should i get the pyrantel pamoate?
