Cat has brown/black lump on stomach?

Hi, I noticed my 12 year old female cat had a black lump on her stomach the size of a pea a few weeks ago, very prominent. The following day, it popped and left a wound the size of a nickel. I treated the wound with regular cat-safe disinfectant spray and I now notice another lump right by the wound. I’m not sure if it was already there, I don’t remember seeing it but it could’ve been hiding. I haven’t taken her to the vet, I thought it could be a cyst but I haven’t found anything like it online. Any insight?

I’d suggest going to the vet, to be honest. Is she neutered? When? Given is seems to be located near a nipple, I’d be concerned about the possibility of a mammary tumour.

Yes she was neutered around 8 months old. Thanks so much
