Sylorna - I'm in Ontario too, and I've found my local Home Hardware sells a mixture of grass seeds for cats! They sell catnip seeds too, so you can grow them fresh catnip as a real treat.
This particular store specialises in seeds & gardens though - I don't think all Home Hardware stores have this mixture, but you can order from a catalogue.
