For the genders of cats on vet records, I am used to seeing the following abbreviations:
F - female, not spayed
FS - female, spayed
M - male, not neutered
MN - male, neutered
I recently took several cats to a low-cost spay neuter clinic, and the vet the clinic used seemed to use the same abbreviations, except they labeled one of the cats' genders as RAM -- she was an intact female, now she's spayed.
What does RAM mean?
