My cat always plays with his friend Leo from across the street! Is it normal for two male cats to play together like children? My cat is 5 and Leo is 3, if it matters.

I have 2 males ferals who are the best of buds. They play constantly. One is 4 and the other is 2. They are both neutered. We often call them Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dumb.
