Cat flu in pregnant cat

Recently, one of my cats had gotten the cat flu, and so he infected my female cat who is in the beginning stage of her pregnancy. She’s been having a strong symptoms, such as fever and stuffy nose and runny eyes. She’s been sick for a few days now, but last two days she seems to be recovering. I hadn’t given her any medicine since i was scared it might affect her pregnancy. But I am wondering, can a cat flu result in pregnancy loss?
