Cat Doesn't Groom Herself

Hello,
I have a cat that doesn't groom herself -- and she's only 6. Thing is, she's never been good about grooming herself, her nails, ears and nose are always dirty. But, lately it seems worse. Her coat looks terrible. She eats fine, is active, likes to play, seems physically healthy. Does anybody else have this problem with a cat. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

I have no idea what could be wrong with her, if anything is. I've heard people mention before that some cats are poor groomers. If you don't want to bathe her then a good option may be some of those grooming wet wipes.

My oldest doesn't groom herself very good either. I just brush her regularly and I bought kittie ear wipes and clean out her ears regularly.
