I did a little read up on the Dylan Powder and it is an antibiotic. Too much of it will result in diarrhea. I'm not sure if this is one of the reason your cat is still having diarrhea.
Chronic diarrhea takes awhile to get over and recently my boy had chronic diarrhea and he was like having the runs 11 times a day for a period of time. I put him on this S. Boulardii following the dosage recommendations of the article I attached as my body refused to take his medications.
He is much better now as he is less gassy and the poops are firmer, sometimes soft firmed poop and sometimes a little watery in between. I still give him half a capsule in the mornings and half in the evenings. From what I see, he is not totally out of the woods yet but it is much much better than before.
