It looks like my kitty got into a fight with another one of my kitties. He has a lil cut on his ear. What can I put on it?

Try to stay away from alcohol, it will burn. and even though it kills germs, it is also drying, which can delay healing. Just clean with warm water if its dirty, and a dab on neosporin ointment will do, or any other brand antibiotic ointment. You can also use a little peroxide mixed 50/50 with water.
Try hydrogen peroxide instead of alcohol to clean the wound. Then the antibacterial cream/solution. I use betadine.

My cat has a cut that now has scabed he is acting normal will it heal on its one I really don't want to pick the scab off

if it's scabbed up then I would just leave it alone. So long as it's not infected, then it should just heal by itself. My cats get small scratches and scabs from time to time. I'd be worried about it if was from an unknown animal and if the cut was really deep though.
