Hello!
We have had our cat (Gus) for about six months and around a month ago we got him a little fur friend (Mango). They adjusted to each other so well and are best friends! They nap together and play together and very very rarely have disagreements.
However, within the past week Gus has been loud meowing whenever Mango plays with their toy mouse. It is a loud drawn out meow, it’s not the same as his attention meow, his begging meow, or his displeased meow. It’s something we’ve never heard and it’s only with this particular toy. He doesn’t try to stop her or play with her, he just runs and finds one of us and keeps meowing. Has anyone had anything like this happen or does anyone have an explanation?
