Very beautiful couple! Heartfelt condolences on your loss of beautiful Noodles.
You'd adore Clawed-Ya then - she's positively silky, with a vast, luxuriant tail. So completely wild that she evaded traps for more than a week, and was absolutely unapproachable when she first came in - though she was happy to see her Mom, who'd come in about ten days beforehand. Now they're simply delightful, and they're almost ready to come in to meet their Family.
They are absolutely GORGEOUS! Though of course I love all cats, black cats are my favorites aesthetically, and black longhaired cats are absolutely the most gorgeous of all IMHO. I think it's a beautiful picture.
<unbridled laughter>
You're really lucky that I don't know where you live. Because if I did, I'd show up on your doorstep wearing my coat. You know, the one with the BIG pockets.
Thank, Nora, but they're already quite the little pair of narcissists.
Beautiful!
What a gorgeous pair of girls. Love their names too.
No, the picture is perfect. Beautiful cats, an I love Clawed-Ya for a name.Yep - and trying to explain to new cat Parents that a vast number of what they consider "social adaptation problems" could be solved with another cat is nearly futile sometimes.
The newest pair - Black Friday (she came in on 24 September, just over a year ago, and hence was named for the 1869 Stock Market crash which took place on that day), a solid black DLH, and Clawed-Ya, her Daughter (named for exactly the %^#@%& reason you'd think), a black DVLH with a tiny white locket. Thanks to backlighting and the fact that they're black cats, the image is much less than satisfactory, despite some tweaking.

Beautiful cats also!Here are a few pictures of our love birds, Sadie and Marley. They both came from feral litters that I took in in 2012. Marley was born in May and Sadie in July. All the other kittens in the litters became socialised quite quickly, but Sadie and Marley were both pretty shy and liked to keep themselves to themselves.
This is a picture of Sadie and Marley, with the rest of Sadie's sisters lying on top of them.
Sadie loves Marley. She will do a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g to get close to him.
They sleep in the same bed, share their food and follow each other around everywhere.
I'm only allowed to pet them a little bit and they hide from everyone else. It's a good job they've got each other.
Keep your doors locked - there are a number of people on TCS - one with the Coat Of Big Pockets - who might steal these two - they're just adorable !
ROFL !
*That's me, with NO apology* and you're absolutely right. Better make sure those doors have SEVERAL big deadbolts on 'em. 'Cause, you know, CATS.
Let me know when you are planning it, so I can get there the day (or night) before. The two of them would look good with my calicos. And didn't I see a longhaired pair of black kitties somewhere?*That's me, with NO apology* and you're absolutely right. Better make sure those doors have SEVERAL big deadbolts on 'em. 'Cause, you know, CATS. :kitty2: :kitty2:
