I do not like vets that sugest declawing.
I had a cat with epilepsy and she was mean sometimes.
She saved my sister when the other cat atatcked her.
You need to be careful with any surgery when a cat has problems like yours.
My Manx never had any kind of surgery because of her seizers.

I frequently pet sit a cat with severe epilepsy. She can be very aggressive if she's not feeling her best. Other times she's sweet. Getting them regulated on the medicine can be tricky so if that's what it is you'll have to give it some time. Also, it's best not to upset them as that can trigger a seizure. For the cat I care for, the owners put her medicine in her food so you don't have to pill her and stress her.

she still not NEAR how she used to be...do you think that this'll clear up?
