I wore the brace to bed last night and was it uncomfortable! I ended up taking it off at 2am. But I am wearing today and so far my arm feels fine. I can still type ok, so hopefully wearing it will allow my wrist to rest and heal up a bit. I am going to make an appointment for next week though.
