June 23 will be one year since my open heart surgery. Had an appointment with the cardiologist today (just a followup) and wanted to tell everything that "all is well". Blood pressure good, no problems, good report. Just told me to cut back on salt - ankles swelling slightly. I don't care that much for sweets, etc., but love my salty, spicy foods. Have to watch it! Trying to figure out what to do to celebrate one year anniversary of my surgery. Any suggestions?
