Capsule sizes

I need to put some herbal meds into capsules for my cat and with size 5, he will need over 10 pills a day which would be too stressful for him.
My cat is a 10lb Himaylan. What would be the largest capsules I can use without choking him or having him breaking the capsule?

You can use up to a size 3 capsule. I found some chicken flavored ones.
