This is going to sound really, really stupid, but what the heck? I sprayed some Dawn power dissolver in my oven to clean it. It did a remarkable job. I can't believe the amount of gunk that stuff removed. The problem is I can't get it out!! I've sprayed water in, I've soaked sponges and paper towels with clean water, I've wiped and I've wiped, but everytime I turn on the oven I still get that horrible smell of burning cleaner. Does anyone have any ideas? I've spent the better part of two hours over the course of a week trying to get this soapy stuff out of my oven. The more water I use the more sudsy it gets. The back does say it's ok to use in ovens. Any ideas, anyone?
