I'm 18 and I have over 100 posts and have been registered for more than 30 days, but I still can't post in IMO?

If you joined before you turned 18 an admin may have to switch it over for you. Try PMing one of the admins (DawnofSierra, GayeF or valanhb) or the site owner Anne.
