The looks are more than enough to get job as a stand in for a Siberian cat.
But if its a siberian for real - we cant know from just a photo. It depends also on circumstances.
Google on Masha Obninsk - a russian natural breed siberian whom made herself renown when saving a human child. Not for own comfort nor heat source, but knowing it was a human child whom needed protection and help, from her and from other humans.
The question is, if she did more similiar extra-hero deeds?? I wouldnt be suprised if she did.
To me, it doesn't look like a siberian cat, there could be some siberians in the line (We can nevr know), but the overall look is just off. The ears are WAY too far apart and the mouth doesn't scream siberian but more "persian mix" to me. Also, it doesn't seem very healthy. I don't know what the text says, but I wouldn't do it.
