Sry The shelter could tell breed or age. The cat look like a plain cat. I would like to have an idea. Thank you

The most probably he is a domestic. As the great majority of all cats are. Its just a few procent whom are purebred or are part of a natural breed, or fresh mixes thereof.
But its a nice pastime to speculate, what look alike one cat is.
But I and other formeites would like to see several other good pics, to have more opinions. Especially a good pic from aside is useful.
