Can male cats spray after being neutered?

Whew, good because my house is for sale right now and I'd hate for it to be smelling from my cat spraying--it's hard enough to keep the kitty litter clean and "smell-free"  with my two cats already!! LOL!!! Thanks for the reassurance!!

My cat Tom just recently started doing this--he wiggles his tail like he's spraying but nothing comes out (Thank God!)--He's been neutered but I have to wonder what is causing him to start this tail wiggling behavior??

My Tiger does this too, or did, today I noticed that now pee comes out too, but he has been always bit of Tomcat like. Funny how he have been years just doing the show but now started to do the pee too.

Territorial marking, tells other males to stay clear of area and females to come to area.

None of the other ones do the show, they just rub their cheek on branches, corners etc.
