Oh thats great news Susie I am so glad for him, I know a few people who were able to get that done and it made a huge difference. With mine they cant remove and repair they would have to remove it all and there is no way I am going through that.. Tell him I am happy for him and hope your stress will be lots less from here on out

Thanks everybody! He looked a tiny bit better yesterday but still has alot of healing to do.....Heck, he was just so happy to have that catheter taken out!

Thanks Nikki. He is having part of his bowel taken out that keeps getting infected with diverticulitis. I think it's called a resection. They will take out the bad part and sew the two good ends together. I hope and pray this helps him.

My Grandmother had that done a few years ago and once she healed, she was so much better! I hope Jerry is back to normal real soon and that he's a good patient for you once you get him home!
