Can anyone advise on this cat breed?

What a pretty baby! Wonder what breed this is

He's a cat . Looks feral. Probably no purebred background. He obviously has point coloring, because of the blue eyes, but also has a lot of white spotting so I think he's considered a bi-color point. He's very handsome!

Agree. I suppose you could compare him to a ragdoll bi-color. (I presume the tail is bushy, ie him a longhair?)

he/she seems to be a mix breed, but they might have some Persian, Ragdoll or Snowshoe in their line

He's beautiful. My first thought was some Snowshoe in the mix, like M mix-breed said. It impossible to tell, but what a gorgeous new friend!
