Keith is normally a very laid-back, easy going kitty. Recently though, a stray cat jumped onto our window sill and sent Keith into hysterics resulting in a moment of redirected aggression towards one of our other cats. Since then I have been keeping the blinds closed so he can't see anything to disturb him.
I want to open the blinds again (the other cats miss watching the birds and squirrels). Do you think if I gave Keith calming treats it would keep him from freaking out if he saw that cat again?
I did chase the cat away, but if it decides to return I don't think I have the heart to chase it away a second time. Poor thing. I think it's lonely.

I think possibly.
There are calming products with all sorts of different ingredients so if one doesn't help, try another. Good luck!
