We have three cats, have had cats our entire lives..Two females one male..male is the youngest..The older female was first in the house, upon my mothers passing we acquired her female..
Her female was always different, aggressive, generally a difficult cat.. About two weeks ago we noticed cat pee in several spots cat pee should not be..I am fairly certain it is the difficult female being territorial. I have read that drugging, Valium can help the situation but giving her any type of medication requires a tranquilizer gun. The mere sight of the other cats cause her to hiss and spit...BTW they have been living together 4 years know, the peeing just started..
So our routine is first thing in the morning she gets put in her three level cage , water , toys, litter box, food..the cage is in a corner surrounded by windows and birds, trees and a stream..
At night she goes loose alone in the basement...we really can’t think of any other solutions, but we are open to suggestions and criticism, thanks, Gene
