Buying a new camera.. need advice

I'm too late in my recommendation too, but like you Winter Hawk, I would advise anyone to get the Panasonic. I have the DMC-FZ20, it is fabulous! The Leica lens is brilliant, I have taken many many stunning pictures with this camera.

I just got a Cannon powershot with 12x zoom and image stabilizer in may for my birthday and I love it!!! it has really good close up shots and the stabilizer is fantastic...i have only had it for 1 month and i already have like 500 pics on my computer
