I didn't get an email before my S&S shipment last month for the first time. Luckily I checked Amazon a couple days before the last day things could be changed. 

It may have gone to your junk/spam folder. Some emails from Amazon go to mine on occasion for whatever reason. I have to keep up on mine. I have 35 items on my S&S that I skip when I don't need them.
