Breakfast anyone?

I just have coffee and toast usually...sometimes cereal. And on the weekends, its coffee, oatmeal with toast.
Strawberry yoghurt with pomegranate seeds, and a glass of orange juice this morning.
I normally don't eat breakfast. I may wake up at 7:00am but my stomach doesn't wake up until after noon. On the weekends though, I sometimes make breakfast burritos. I use Jimmy Dean's hot sausage (have tried other brands but they aren't as good), break it up and brown it. Pour in beated eggs and milk and scramble them up together, add lots of shredded chedder cheese and wrap in a burrito. VERY unhealthy I'm sure, but VERY satisfying!
Unfortunately, now I'm in charge of breakfast Christmas morning for the family and this is what they requested. Oh well...burrito anyone?

Breakfast burrito sounds good......I just had a bowl of leftover sweet potato casserole....lol!
I had pancakes, eggs, corned beef hash and home fries...at village inn with my husband this morning. I don't usally eat breakfast, but was craving pancakes so bad at 1 am that I could smell the syrup.
