Hi everyone
What is your experience with drooling cats? I know dogs drool, but I've never heard of a cat drooling.
The reason I ask is because I saw Boots drooling today when he jumped up on my bed to say good morning. Not a steady stream, just a few little drops on the blanket.
From what I'm reading, cats can drool when they're really happy, which Boots usually is when he jumps on the bed first thing in the morning (his favorite squishy purple blanket is up there :lol3 But otherwise, only cats that are sick and/or not feeling well drool. He seems to be totally normal otherwise. Eating, drinking, running around, wrestling Kramer, exploring things, etc.
What does TCS say? Does this sudden onset of drooling warrant a check-up? He's only 6 months old, btw.
TIA for the advice.
