She has a shelter to call home - and the cat sitter doesn't have to climb up to the rafters to leave her food. Go to England. Take care of the ring worm. You have plenty of time to decide whether she'll be inside only or (one of your) barn kitties. I'm so glad you two found each other!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Laurie
