My birthday is in August, so now that it is August 1st the birthday offer emails are rolling in. So far today I've gotten $15 off a meal at one restaurant, a free entree from another but I would have to go there on my birthday, and an email from a local credit union suggesting I sign up for Dunkin Donuts rewards and Redbox rewards in order to get an offer. :rolleyes2:

I may use the $15 off on a meal one, but it's not likely I'll use any of the others I've received so far. It's early in the month though, so I am sure there will be more coming in.

Do you sign up for rewards and do you use any of the birthday offers?

I normally don't use the birthday offers. I do use the Dunkin Donuts rewards and IMO it's worth it. I have a gift card that I attached to my account. I order through the app and it comes off my card. If I just order through the drive through, they scan the app and it takes it off from there. You get points for every order and 200 points is a free beverage.

We use a few. Chick-fil-A's rewards program is good. Firehouse Sub's reward program is so good, I'm thinking they will eventually fix it...lol!

We have Redbox and get a free movie during husband's birthday month and earn points towards a free standard rental.

I don’t for the most part because I don’t like getting advertising emails. But every year on my birthday I do a casino trip and always sign up to get their freebies.

I use the rewards programs from the hardware store, Walgreen's, and the grocery store (discount on gas), but I don't get any birthday offers.

I have signed up for rewards at Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, NAPA auto parts, and Advance auto parts because all of them give a 10% discount for veterans. I have also signed up for rewards at a local gas station because I get 3 cents a gallon off at each stop.

The $10 in Kohls cash I was just emailed will definitely get used.

I use the rewards program at CPK (California Pizza Kitchen). It's close to our house and we eat there pretty regularly so I rack up points pretty fast. I get free appetizers or salads after a certain number of reward points, and on my birthday I get a free dessert. :yess:

I use a Safeway (grocery store) rewards card because it gives me 3 cents off per gallon at one of the local gas stations.

My pharmacy also has a good rewards program--ooh, that reminds me, I have a $10 off coupon I need to use before Monday or it expires. I'd better go shopping! :running:

The Birthday gift from Sephora  Which I quite enjoy. This year I got skincare minis.

The only other thing I get is %15 off at a dance store, which is dandy with me too since I'm a dancer and dance teacher. Could always use it!

I don't do rewards and have never received anything on my birthday. Doesn't matter because even if I did, we probably don't have the place up here.

How funny that this topic came up today. Look what I just got in an email—a reward for my ‘half’ birthday month.

I'm big on free stuff, so I get a lot of birthday giveaways when it's my birthday. Here are some of my favorites:
Nothing Bundt Cakes (free bundlet)
Firehouse Subs (free sub)
Jersey Mike's (free sub)
Benihana ($30 off a meal with the purchase of another)
Culvers (free 1-scoop sundae)
RedBox (2 free movies)
Dairy Queen (BOGO blizzard)
Red Robin (free burger)

:yeah: My daughter told me about the Sephora rewards.

I don't get a manicure very often but the nail salon near my house offers a free birthday manicure with their rewards program. It's a nice perk!

I also have an August birthday, so my birthday freebies are starting to roll in as well. So far I've gotten the free Red Robin Burger (we combine it with my mom's free birthday burger there and 3 of us eat for the price of 1) and free entree at Qdoba x2 (one for birthday and one for yearly anniversary of signing up for rewards).

More are coming, as I've signed up for a lot of the ones already mentioned here :) My birthday is later in the month, so most of them won't show up until then.
