Big Boy the Cat and Jimbo the Bear

This video was making the rounds a while back, about Jimbo the Kodiak bear, who lived in captivity all his life, but had a loving mommy and daddy.

Here, Jimbo's not well, and a visit by the vet has left him rattled. See how furry, enormous, 'wovable - and needy he is. Like Big Boy, one of my cats.

Big Boy is kinda scared of everything. He’s my biggest kitty and takes bullying by all including great Great Grandma.

Here he is in his closet.

He's a big fraidy' cat. Of what, I don't know. But he's safe with me. In his closet in the daytime, and on the bed at night, hunkering close, almost like a furry spouse. Nice and fuzzy, appreciates a good rubbing and scratching just like Jimbo did. Sometimes Big Boy gives me a tongue treatment!

Different, yet the same. Jimbo would fill up my entire bedroom, with shed hair, his own bulk, and lots of love. Big boy tries to compete.
