Odd question, I know, but I promised I would ask. A friend of mine with a coonie mix would like a collar that won't disturb/mat kitty's "glorious mane" too much.
Is there anything out there any bettter than another for such a thing?

I have a Ragamuffin and I hate how collars usually cut his fluffy neck in half. Since he doesn't mind wearing a collar and doesn't try to take it off, we put a looser collar on him so it doesn't interrupt his fur. And he looks sexy with it
my flash has got quite long fur around her head and down her neck i just use the collar on a looser fit
I use only ragtime collars, with boomerang tags - all my cats are long hair (2 ragdolls, one DLH), and this setup is so comfortable they don't even notice it.
