He's gorgeous, but are you sure he's a bengal? I've seen plenty of bengals and photos of bengals and he doen't have the same " wild" look that bengals do. Maybe it's just the photos?

Make sure you get him to a vet to be dewormed and vaccinated soon though if it hasn't been done already. From my experience the belly goes down within a few days of being weaned if not sooner unless the kitten has worms.
