Bella's nails have black stuff on the underside of them?!

I was trimming my babies nails today and the underside of a few of her nails have black-ish stuff on them.. I'm not sure what it is or how long it's been there but I was wondering if anyone knew what the stuff might be... Please help a new Kiki momma

This is probably normal. Does she go outside? How extensive is the black stuff? Is it oozing or anything like that? 

If something seems seriously abnormal to you, don't hesitate to call your vet.
