We had a snowstorm in December I think. Jerusalem was closed for a week there was so much snow. People couldn't get in or out. It was astronomical. Electricity was out in many osrt of Jerusalem and other parts of the country for about 4 days. I was lucky. Judt very cold. I can guarantee you no snow in Tel Aviv or surrounding areas.
It normally snows in Jerusalem.
