Sounds like my sister's college friends when they found a kitten that had been placed in a bag and thrown by the river. One bought a carton of milk, another shared the ham from her sandwich, and the one allergic to cats insisted on carrying her. Since sis was the only one living locally, the kitten came to live with us.

This is Holly a couple of weeks after i brought her home. It must have been that long because they sure didnt snuggle right away

And now, 8 months later, she weighs the same as Kitty!

When i copy Kitty's baby pics to my comp, youll be amazed how far she's come!

It is so amazing to see how wonderful the "saved" kitties look only a few weeks or months later. It is amazing how much difference love and regular food can make!

First off Root, this is the earliest picture we have of him, a couple months after we got him, He was very skinny when we got him and has easily made all that weight back up!
Old picture at about 6 months:

Most recent picture at 9 years:

Then Tubee, our bottle baby that was found at two weeks old at a family members job at a steel mill
As a two week old baby on his first day home:

And now at two years:

Samba has not changed barely any but I might post pictures later.

Griffin looks the same, only much bigger (very cute). However, I can't believe that Bastian is the same cat! He went from cuddly adorable to magnificently regal. Amazing.

Haha!! He seems a lot less regal when I'm fishing him out of my kitchen garbage can!
Thank you for the compliments.

In a state of insanity :)
Liberty Mouse the day we got him.

Liberty Mouse now.

When we first got him, he was skinny hungry and tired. Now he is fat full and full of energy.

Now I have to trace Chynna pictures down and see if I can get her in this.

Wow! What a huge difference a little bit of food and a whole lotta love can do! Great job.

I love this thread!! It's great to see how the kitties have all thrived when brought into a home full of love.

My boys were rescued from beneath a barn when they were 5 weeks old and then delivered to me. When they arrived they were very, very dirty and not quite sure how to eat or use the litter box. But within no time at all, and lots of TLC, they got the hang of things and proceeded to win the hearts of me and hubby.

L'il Bitty at 5 weeks (before his name got changed to Bit Bit, or just plain Bitty)

Swat at 5 Weeks

This is them in the carrier they arrived in and didn't want to leave.

Bitty now at 6 years old

And I can't forget his royal highness, Swat, also at 6 years.
