Bald Spot On Upper Lip?

Hello! I'm new to this site, and I'll just say it is VERY helpful.
Anyways, one of my cats, Echo has what looks like a bald spot on his upper lip, I've read multiple forums about cat acne and he might have it, I've concluded that it's either cat acne, skin tumor or he just scratched there a lot, although its not really a place he could scratch.

Any information would help so, so, so much! When I touch it, he doesn't seem to be in pain.

Well, it could be just about anything. Feline acne, some other allergy, a bug bite, hard to say. I'd keep an eye on it and if it gets worse, or seems to bother him, then you might need to take him in to be seen.
