Bald patch from spay- 1 month on!

Hi all

We had our kittens neutered on 9th August and whilst squish is all healed and has been in for two post op checks her bald patch is still really visible! I've attached photos for reference.

Both Dennis and squish had shaved areas on their legs for the iv also - these aren't fully grown back yet but getting there.

How long does it take for kittens hair to grow back fully? It's almost a month on already!

It may take awhile before you can't tell where she was shaved.  I just found a new home for a foster who was  spayed in July and she still had a bald belly.  It will grow in.

When my aby had his neck shaved for surgery it took about 4 months for the fur to grow back in completely. That's apparently a pretty normal time since the vet told me in advance it would take that long.
